David joined BRI in October 2015 as a Chartered Wealth Manager and Head of the Intermediary Division. He started his career in 1988 at Albert E Sharp and over the years has worked at several other wealth managers in the area; he became the Birmingham Office Head of Deutsche Bank building up and developing the office. David is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).

Outside of work

Do you support any clubs/teams? Who and why?
Yes, Nottingham Forest, my Granddad supported them and introduced me.

Why and how did you get into financial services?
I was good at Maths as a child and wanted to be an accountant. I moved to Stock Broking from the accounts department as it seemed more fun.
