2025 Client Survey

Firstly, thank you to everyone for providing responses to our 2025 client survey. We are still compiling our results; however, we have had some wonderful responses to date, which we thoroughly appreciate.

We have pulled out some highlights from the data so far.

• The factors clients consider to be most important when working with us are; providing a safe pair of hands, knowing there is always someone available to discuss their finances with, and support and assistance in meeting financial and life goals.

• Pleasingly, 98% of clients felt that the fair treatment of clients is central to our culture, and on average clients were highly likely to recommend us to a friend or relative.

• It is also a testament to our advisers that 97% of clients that responded to the survey believe that working with BRI has helped/will help them achieve their financial goals. An increase from 92% two years ago.

• An astounding 98.5% of clients are either very satisfied or satisfied with the overall service they receive from us.

As in previous years, we will be writing a follow-up to those that completed the survey, and if there were any specific points raised, advisors will be in contact in due course. Once again, thank you.
