More Room to Grow

BRI has grown significantly during 2013 and have continued plans for growth in 2014. As a result we have increased our office space by more than 50% in order to accommodate the extra staff we have taken on. We now have a conference facility and more meeting rooms. Talented staff have been recruited throughout the business and this trend is set to continue throughout 2014.

On the opening of the new offices, BRI’s Chairman, Simon Boardman-Weston, commented: “Some time ago we invested in the neighbouring office building, knowing that eventually we would need it for expansion. It was a strategic purchase and part of our long term plan for the firm. What we did not know is that we would need to use the extra space so soon.

“Over the last few years, whilst many firms were drawing in their horns because of tough economic times, we have been investing and building firm foundations for future growth. I am very pleased to say that this investment is really starting to pay off, and without it we would be hard pressed to achieve our strategic plans. We have seen growth in all areas but our work for family trusts, charities and pensions has been especially strong.

“We aim to give our clients a very personal service, and we can only do this if we have sufficient high calibre people in place to look after them. Our new offices give us the capacity to start our next phase of recruitment, several new staff joined BRI over the last few months and more are to come in 2014.”
